I am a Mellon postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Philosophy at Rutgers University. I work in the philosophy of mind, the philosophy of cognitive science, AI, and ethics.
From 2022 to 2025, I was a postdoctoral associate at the Rutgers Center for Cognitive Science. I received my Ph.D. in philosophy in 2022 from The Ohio State University.
Outside of philosophy, I enjoy running, watching sports, taking photos, and spending time with my wife Rachel and son Miller. I am a proud and long-suffering fan of the Charlotte Hornets and Carolina Panthers.
Here is a post I wrote on aphantasia for The Junkyard, a scholarly blog about the imagination.
